About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers-helping answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Document customer interactions in the company CRM system
• Process orders, account updates, or service requests
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy
• Meet performance metrics such as response time and satisfaction scores

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and customer support software
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

Schedule

• Flexible shifts may be available (8-5 OR 9-6)
